Usage Fees
The fee to rent the Union Forest Church is $125 plus a $50 deposit. This includes a rehearsal event, if needed.
Confirmation of your event must be made within 15 working days after this agreement is signed and mailed.

The sunroom and restrooms of the Cheney Mansion can be used by members of the wedding party the day of
the wedding. The use of this facility is for the wedding party only, and to receive your $50 deposit back, the
church and sunroom must be left in the condition in which you found them.

Please sign this form and mail it and a check made payable to the Jersey County Historical Society in the
amount of $175 (the rental fee plus a $50 deposit) to:

Rules to observe when using our facilities:
1.  
No adhesive tape, staples, wires, or nails of any kind may be used on the pews, walls, etc.
2.  No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed.
3.  The maximum capacity of the church is 60 people.
4.  No animals are allowed.
5.  Please do not throw rice or bird seed.
6.  You are responsible for the cleanup of any of our facilities that you use.
7.  If you wish for any of our decorations to be removed from the altar area, please ask ahead of time.
